Technology
Technology with a purpose
At KINETIQ ME, technology is valuable when it has a clear role in a real routine. We bring together recovery, comfort and personal-care devices designed to help make everyday wellness more intentional.
Explore the principles behind our product categories, understand what each technology is designed to do, and choose tools that fit your needs and preferences.
Air compression
Air-compression devices use inflatable chambers that fill and release in a sequence. Depending on the device, this rhythmic pressure may be used as part of a recovery or relaxation routine. Fit, pressure settings, session length and the manufacturer's instructions matter. More pressure or longer sessions are not automatically better.
Our recovery range includes compression systems for the legs and targeted devices for the calves and hands. Review each product's instructions and intended use before starting a session.
Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS)
EMS devices deliver controlled electrical impulses through electrodes to stimulate nerves or muscles. The intended use varies by device, so follow the product-specific instructions, placement guidance and session limits. EMS is not suitable for everyone; people with implanted electronic devices, certain medical conditions or pregnancy should seek professional advice before use.
Heat, cold and light-based care
Heat and cooling are commonly used in personal-care routines for a sensation of comfort. Light-based devices vary substantially in wavelength, output and intended purpose. Do not assume that all light devices have the same effects or evidence behind them. Use only as directed, protect the eyes where instructed, and stop if irritation or discomfort occurs.
Massage and everyday comfort
Massage devices can offer a convenient way to incorporate a short moment of self-care. Choose a setting that feels comfortable, avoid injured or irritated areas, and follow any warnings for your specific device.
How to choose the right technology
- Start with your goal. Identify whether you are looking for a recovery routine, targeted comfort or a personal-care step.
- Check intended use. Read the product page, instructions, contraindications and recommended session length.
- Prioritise consistency over intensity. Use devices as directed and avoid increasing settings to chase faster results.
- Pay attention to your response. Stop use if you experience pain, unusual swelling, numbness, skin irritation or other concerning symptoms.
- Seek professional guidance when needed. A device is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment. Ask a qualified clinician if you have a medical condition or are unsure whether a product is appropriate.
Our approach
We believe better wellness decisions begin with clear information. We aim to describe what a technology is, how to use a device responsibly and what to consider before purchase—without promising miracle results.
